As Australia’s largest independent contract research organisation (CRO), Novotech has embarked on a change from a traditional desk-and-chair environment to a fully agile workspace. The company was fast outgrowing its existing space and required a look and feel which was contemporary, professional, and could be rolled out to its network of offices across Asia.
Amicus assisted Novotech through the transition, ensuring that the design of the new workspace remained true to the brand and corporate objectives. For example, a ‘women in medical research’ area has been included, and images from each of Novotech’s Asian locations have been applied across staff lockers.
